TASKS FOR MEANING AS A DIDACTIC TECHNOLOGY FOR THE INITIATION OF SENSE FORMATION IN THE LEARNING PROCESS

In modern didactics, the methods and technologies that activate the cognitive activity of the student by connecting his semantic intentions are examined in detail. If this or that information "starts" personal sense of the student, and actualizes his estimated position in relation to the comprehended contents, respectively, the level of development of this material will be more personal, more steady and reflexively meaningful. Most often, a meaningful dialogue, didactic games, and reflexive technologies are considered as such methods. However, there is another group of methods initiating the meaning formation, rarely used in educational practice. Those are the so-called tasks of meaning, which give rise to an intention to search for personal meaning, actualization of the meaning-forming motive of cognitive activity, transformation of the meaning attitude of the student. The tasks of this type not only activate the sense formation, but also cause the effects of generalization (consolidation and generalization) of meanings, generate meanings of a higher and more stable level (semantic constructs and dispositions, and even elements of integrated semantic self-regulation). The main difference between the tasks on the meaning and the more traditional mental tasks is mainly that these tasks contain that what can be called a semantic choice, and depending on the type of semantic choice, tasks themselves on the meaning will vary.

ON INTERRELATION OF SATISFACTION WITH WORK AND PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE PUBLIC CIVIL SERVICE

The problem of interrelation of satisfaction with work and professional motivation of employees of body of the public civil service is considered. The theoretical review demonstrates that, despite considerable representation in modern researches of analytical data and various concepts of motivation of professional activity and satisfaction with work, this aspect of organizational and psychological markers of work of workers is insufficiently studied in relation to the public civil service. The analysis of the empirical data obtained thanks to the group of examinees differentiated on seniority duration shows that there are certain invariants characterizing interrelation of the studied psychological phenomena. This belongs to the expressed positive interference of a priority of internal motivation, on the one hand, and to the general satisfaction with work, satisfaction with achievements in work, on the other. The research shows that young employees have a specific relationship of internal motivation and increased interest in work and career growth. At the same time, a number of negative relationships indicate frustration of career expectations and aspirations for self-realization in a certain part of young employees. The satisfaction with working conditions which is positively interconnected both with internal and with external negative motivation is important for skilled workers. Our results illustrate that this category of employees is a personnel fund of the organization; their experience, professional skills, competence, the authority and organizational loyalty deserve adequate assessment from senior officials and can be used at the solution of problems of formation of positive image of the organization, organizational identity and commitment of all participants of labor process.
