    The paper discusses the results of the conducted theoretical empirical research focused on optimization of system of young men training for military professional educational institution admission. The theoretical methodological bases of this process are presented. The author describes the necessary directions of training and programs realizing them. The contents and results of experimental approbation of the developed system are provided.

    ORGANIZATIONAL BASES OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONALLY IMPORTANT QUALITIES OF PASSENGER CAR ATTENDANTS

    Important result of vocational training of experts, including passenger car attendants, is formation at them of professionally important personal qualities. Achievement of the specified result within traditionally organized educational process is limited as a result of various factors. One of such factors is incompleteness of scientific knowledge of theoretical methodological and substantial technological bases of formation of professionally important qualities at future experts, namely: at future passenger car attendants. The paper presents the author's approach to the organization of psychological and pedagogical support of formation of professionally important qualities at future passenger car attendants. Its novelty lies in allocation of invariant and variable parameters not only depending on relevant degree of formation of required qualities, but also on an organizational form of vocational training of the specified experts.

    PERSONAL FORMATION OF THE MILITARY PERSONNEL OF CONTRACT SERVICE IN THE NORTH CAUCASUS REGION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TAKING INTO ACCOUNT AGE DISTINCTIONS

    This paper deals with the servicemen of contract service of the rank and file in the troops of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. This study shows the turnover of the cadre when passing contract service in the troops of the Nnational Guard of Russia deployed in the territory of the Chechen Republic in the ratio of the biological age of the servicemen. Age differences between contract servicemen have been studied and determined. The publication considers the influence of biological age on dismissal before the end of terms of the first contract, as well as the formation of a personal-professional self-concept of a soldier taking into account biological age.

    SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF THE SUBSTITUTE FAMILY: CHARACTERISTIC AND FEATURES OF INTERACTION

    This paper is dedicated to one of the most relevant problems – interaction of subjects of educational space in the substitute family. On the basis of the analysis of literary data and observations of activity of substitute families we have classified subjects of educational space. The paper shows that the players of subjects of educational space in the substitute family are constantly changed. Also relationship of the adopted child with the social world surrounding it changes. Each subject of educational space makes direct or indirect impact on socialization of the adopted child.

    The relevance of this paper is defined by the social, economic, political and ideological processes happening in society. The central problem of modern domestic pedagogy is preservation of universal and national values. Education is faced by problems of formation of all-civil identification of the person and at the same time maintaining national identity and personal uniqueness. In this regard the choice of optimum conditions for development of multiethnic interaction with representatives of different cultures and national traditions is relevant. The sense of the problem put and solved in this research is that questions of systematization of scientific knowledge in the field of theoretical, methodological, methodical and technological bases of effective education of the multicultural identity of the younger school student in the multiethnic educational environment are insufficiently studied now.

    The paper deals with the problems of developing the promotion of innovation literature, in particular, textbooks and electronic resources in the practice of education. Examples of unsuccessful attempts to introduce new textbooks and teaching materials are given. The solution of the specified problems is possible within the cluster approach, with its innovative focus and turning on of mechanisms of the introduction of new products. Prerequisites for the creation of clusters of innovative educational products with computer support are given.

    THE DEVELOPMENT OF MUSICAL AND PLASTIC ABILITIES OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH INTERDISCIPLINARY SYNTHESIS

    The paper is devoted to the development of musical and plastic abilities of students in the structure of personality plastic culture. The problem of developing the musical-plastic abilities of students is solved through the interaction of music and dance. The work shows that it is impossible to achieve the manifestation of truly artistic choreographic creativity and a high level of plastic culture beyond musicality. It has been experimentally established that the main plastic abilities of students are musicality, style actions, musical-plastic imagination. The main goal of early employment in choreographic art is stated: creating a solid foundation for the development of a healthy, strong younger generation, expanding motor abilities, and compensating for a deficiency in motor activity. Pedagogical recommendations on the development of musical and plastic abilities in choreography are offered.

    DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE ABILITIES OF SCHOOLCHILDREN AT LESSONS OF THE FINE ARTS THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT METHOD OF TRAINING

    The paper analyzes the essence and content of art as sphere of spiritual practical activities of people which is directed to art comprehension and development of the world. Also the author considers development of creative abilities of children through the developing potential of a project method which is making active a creative initiative – awakes a thought of the person, does his work spiritualized and fascinating. Conscious, active and independent work always leads to the best digestion of material. On the basis of experimental data the efficiency of the method of project activity is approved. Having considered the accumulated experience in studying the project activity, the author forms interests and inclinations of school students, giving the chance to the pupil to try different types of activity. Results of this research can be useful when using a method of project activity at various stages of lessons of the fine arts. Everything depends on type of a lesson, a type of the project and its duration. The conclusions presented in the paper are based on results of the pedagogical experiment made in the system of the main general education.

    This paper presents the concept of holistic education, shows how a system approach can be applied to the teaching and methodological support of environmental education; its role in the formation of a psychologically comfortable educational environment is shown. Also the paper analyzes the features of optimizing the promising ecological thinking, facilitating the integration of the ecological approach into a psychologically comfortable educational environment. Recommendations are proposed aimed at the professional development of teachers and the development of competences in the educational environment as interaction within the system.

    INTERCULTURAL COMPETENCE AND TOLERANCE IN THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY

    The paper presents the results of empirical studies of tolerance and communicative competence of modern students. It is revealed that the level of general tolerance, the level of communicative tolerance and communicative competence of students in the educational environment of the Krasnodar region is above average compared with the results of most studies. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that the relationship between tolerance as a personal quality and communicative competence is complex and indirect: the general level of tolerance affects the level of communicative tolerance, which, in turn, affects the level of intercultural competence, including related intercultural sensitivity and intercultural effectiveness.

    THE IMPORTANCE OF PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MILITARY PERSONNEL OF THE TROOPS OF AIR DEFENSE KEEPING THE WATCH IN THE CONTEXT OF EFFECTIVENESS OF PERFORMANCE OF OFFICIAL DUTIES

    The leadership of the Russian Federation constantly pays much attention to strengthening defense capability that causes, first of all, improvement of quality of the human factor playing a crucial role in realization of serious national objectives. At the same time one of the most important components of domestic military system are the troops of air defense providing protection of the territory of Russia taking into account its territory, large and various in landscape. The special professional category of troops of air defense is made by the military personnel keeping the systematic watch. The name of this component of numerous official duties confirms special conditions of their realization which according to the basic intrinsic characteristics slightly differ from a fighting situation. In this regard features of professional activity of experts are obvious, the basic of which are: 1. High quality system requirement of performance of working operations. It is based on the fundamental provision on the maintenance of an unconditional purpose of professional activity of the military personnel of troops of air defense – ensuring state security within the powers allocated for them. 2. The concretized requirements to structure of accurately certain professionally important qualities and characterologic features of the military personnel. This position by the parameters will be coordinated with a definition "absolute professional suitability" which causes a possibility of high level of development and realization of official duties only by those individuals which possess specific composition and structure of professional abilities. 3. Performance of official duties, as a rule, in the conditions of limited space against the background of high year-round mental loadings. 4. The constant mental tension of the military personnel caused by the extended system of introduction of virtual additional emergencies for the purpose of check of combat readiness of the military personnel keeping the watch. In this connection, of great importance is the question of structure of professionally important qualities causing success in training and realization by the military personnel of their functions. To solve this task the approach basing on accounting of opinions of highly qualified specialists has been chosen.

    IMAGE MAKING OF THE TEACHER OF PHYSICAL CULTURE

    The paper discusses the formation of image of future teacher of physical culture, its social importance for increasing the positive attitude of people to the sphere of physical culture as important means of physical and spiritual development of the personality. The work shows the role of the teacher as chief image maker of image of future expert. Image making is defined by an immanent component of teaching and educational process of the university that is caused by the requirement of the new Federal educational standard of the higher education for physical culture. Results of poll of subjects of educational process about image of the teacher of physical culture are given; stages of formation of image at future teachers of physical culture are allocated and described.

    EXPERIENCE IN INTRODUCTION OF THE SPORTS COMPLEX "READY TO WORK AND DEFENSE" AT THE OMSK STATE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

    The paper is devoted to searching for new approaches in the organization of physical training of students in connection with mass introduction of the RWD complex. Stages of introduction of the RWD complex in higher education institution are considered (based on the example of OMGTU). Initial level of physical fitness of students according to requirements of the 6th step of the complex is revealed, and their attitude to occupations by mass sport for the purpose of training for achieving RWD standards is defined. The efficiency of purposeful process of students training for RWD in OMGTU is determined by the program made taking into account requirements of the 6th step of the complex. The expediency of the organization of mass hitting qualifying standards of the complex in the form of competitions within annual holding the RWD Festivals is shown. This allows increasing the number of the students who have successfully hit qualifying standards of the RWD new complex and who wish to play actively mass sports.

    The paper describes the results of a research aimed at a development of the system of sports - health improving maintenance to form bases of university students’ competitiveness. Theoretical bases of the system are presented by the revealed interrelations between indicators of health and components of competitiveness of the personality. In this aspect the resource potential of physical training in achievement of the goal of system development is also described. The methodological bases of modeling are presented by the principles and conditions of the organization of sports - health improving maintenance to form bases for competitiveness of students at the university. In the substantial plan the system is described by didactic characteristics of process of physical training. Organizationally it is presented by components of sports - health improving maintenance as specific pedagogical process.

    METHODS OF PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL TRAINING OF YOUNG BOXERS (GIRLS) ON THE BASIS OF MODERN FITNESS TECHNOLOGY

    In recent years, the women's boxing has been widely spread. It is considered rather young sport. In Russia, this sport has been cultivated since the mid 1990-s. The women's boxing strongly holds the positions and actively develops worldwide and in Primorsky Region. Today we have insufficient number of scientific and methodical literature on young boxer training. Techniques of occupations with 10-13-year-old teenagers in groups of initial training have not received full scientific justification. Scientific and methodical data on training of young boxer girls in general are absent. In this regard the problem of search for new, interesting development tools of motor skills and techniques of physical and technical training of boxer girls is actualized.

    THE RESULTS OF INTRODUCING THE METHOD FOR DEVELOPING THE SPECIFIC COORDINATING CAPABILITIES OF 12-13 YEAR-OLD BOYS IN 110 METER HURDLING

    In this paper the formation of the coordination capacities of young hurdlers is discussed. The method which is based on active development and improvement of the specialized coordinating skills needed to prepare 12-13 year-old hurdlers is offered. The results of the coordination skill test obtained by introducing this method into the young athlete work-out session are presented.
