PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE AS AN INTEGRAL CHARACTERISTIC OF PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF A TEACHER LOGOPEDIST
An analysis is made of psychological and pedagogical competence of the teacher logopedist as an integral characteristic of professional level of specialist, which is based on the fundamental psychological and pedagogical knowledge and communication skills, manifested in unity with the personal qualities of the teacher. The concepts of "professional competence" and "teaching activities" are specified and the opinions of different authors are analyzed. A structure of psychological and pedagogical competence of the teacher logopedist is disclosed, namely: cognitive, methodological, activity, communicative, motivational-value and personal substructures.

INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AS FOUNDATION FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING
Language teaching in the higher professional education system should choose as its goal not simply knowledge and skills acquiring, but also develop students’ abilities to use a foreign language as an instrument of communication in their future professional activity not only for the dialogue of cultures, but also as a means of professional scientific and technical intercourse. Intercultural communication competence is the ultimate goal of foreign languages teaching. It should contribute to Russian educational system integration into European and world intellectual community and promote Russian education graduate’s status at the world market of labour.
ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF GENDER CULTURE EDUCATION OF FUTURE FIRE PREVENTION SPECIALISTS
The paper analyzes and systematizes the theoretical and practical approaches of domestic psychologists and educators on organizational and pedagogical conditions of gender culture education of future fire protection specialists. The basic organizational and pedagogical conditions of gender culture education of future fire protection specialists in the conditions of higher education institutions of GSChS of Ukraine are defined.
INCLUSION OF TRAINEES IN ACTUALIZATION OF THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AS MEANS OF OPERATIONAL FEEDBACK
The paper discloses the interrelation of the concepts of "pedagogical influence", "pedagogical interaction" and "feedback", as well as the essence of natural relation between the frequency of feedback and learning efficiency. In this regard excursus is made to history of development of training laws. The author describes the role of knowledge and accounting of didactic laws in educational process, the different character of feedback and its main function, as well as the conditions of realization of this function. The actualization of trainee’s knowledge is considered to be the main condition of effective implementation of operational feedback. Intrinsic characteristics of actualization are considered.

SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL REHABILITATION OF DEVIANT TEENAGERS IN THE CONTEXT OF PERSONALLY FOCUSED PARADIGM OF EDUCATION
The paper describes the procedural characteristic of social and pedagogical rehabilitation of deviant teenagers in a context of personally focused paradigm of education. The authors propose a new approach to the organization of social and pedagogical rehabilitation of teenagers with deviant (socially dangerous) behavior in the conditions of special educational institutions.

This paper discusses the pedagogical conditions for effective integration of science, education, industry and business, as well as promoting and impeding factors affecting the success of its operation as an integrated system. The aim of this study is to investigate mechanisms of improving the regional system of professional education. To achieve this goal the following tasks are solved: to study the current state of science, education, industry and business integration in a regional system of professional education; and to identify the main mechanisms for their successful integration.

RESTORATION OF TRADITION OF PARISH CHURCH SINGING EDUCATION IN THE POST-SOVIET PERIOD: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
The paper generalizes the results of observations concerning restoration of tradition of church singing education of specialized choral groups in the Post-Soviet time. On the basis of the analysis of the personnel situation which has developed in church choirs in the last quarter of the century, the author substantiates the need of purposeful actions of the regent to form special strong-willed qualities of choristers, necessary for professional self-realization on a choir.

USE OF SIMULATION AUTOMATION SYSTEMS TO TRAIN THE MODERN QUALIFIED PERSONNEL FOR THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
This paper discusses the use of simulation automation systems in the training of modern qualified personnel for the oil and gas industry. The aim of this work is the adaptation of future specialists to the professional activity through the introduction of information technology in the educational process. To achieve this goal we solve the problem of improving the educational process on the basis of new educational technologies, training methods, technical and information support in the integration of science, education, business and production through the development of software tools for modeling modes of pumping stations and simulation modes of production and injection wells.

This study presents strategies, approaches and methods of professional and personal development of students psychologists whose own personality serves as basic tools and means of activity. The paper examines the criteria for self-efficacy of practical psychologists (activity, communicative and personal), contributing to the development of notions of a man about his capabilities, potentials and abilities to become productive practical psychologist. Implementation of future activities, conduct and communication, coupled with the certainty that he will be able to realize himself in them and to reach the expected objective and subjective effect, contributes to the development of self-efficacy of students.

THE MAIN STAGES OF DESIGN OF PSYCHO-DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONNAIRE TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF STUDENTS TO EXTREME SITUATIONS
The paper deals with the basic stages of practical design of psycho-diagnostic techniques, starting with the definition of the number of tasks, specifications of the questionnaire, the percentage weight of content areas, manifestations and design of the test. The author examines the peculiarities of conducting a pilot research, task analysis, the reliability and validity of the test. The author uses factor analysis to present the matrix of correlations between tasks of scale to assess the level of preparedness of students to extreme situations. In conclusion, the paper presents the results of the standardization of the test and data on the internal consistency of the tasks of the questionnaire.

Existing fitness equipment as a whole does not provide individual kinematics of parts of a body for each athlete and often increases risk of injury. Proposed innovative simulators increase the effectiveness of the training process of elite athletes, amateur athletes and people leading sports lifestyle and reduce risks of injury.
