    PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE AS AN INTEGRAL CHARACTERISTIC OF PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF A TEACHER LOGOPEDIST

    An analysis is made of psychological and pedagogical competence of the teacher logopedist as an integral characteristic of professional level of specialist, which is based on the fundamental psychological and pedagogical knowledge and communication skills, manifested in unity with the personal qualities of the teacher. The concepts of "professional competence" and "teaching activities" are specified and the opinions of different authors are analyzed. A structure of psychological and pedagogical competence of the teacher logopedist is disclosed, namely: cognitive, methodological, activity, communicative, motivational-value and personal substructures.

    INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AS FOUNDATION FOR FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING

    Language teaching in the higher professional education system should choose as its goal not simply knowledge and skills acquiring, but also develop students’ abilities to use a foreign language as an instrument of communication in their future professional activity not only for the dialogue of cultures, but also as a means of professional scientific and technical intercourse. Intercultural communication competence is the ultimate goal of foreign languages teaching. It should contribute to Russian educational system integration into European and world intellectual community and promote Russian education graduate’s status at the world market of labour.

    INCLUSION OF TRAINEES IN ACTUALIZATION OF THE ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AS MEANS OF OPERATIONAL FEEDBACK

    The paper discloses the interrelation of the concepts of "pedagogical influence", "pedagogical interaction" and "feedback", as well as the essence of natural relation between the frequency of feedback and learning efficiency. In this regard excursus is made to history of development of training laws. The author describes the role of knowledge and accounting of didactic laws in educational process, the different character of feedback and its main function, as well as the conditions of realization of this function. The actualization of trainee’s knowledge is considered to be the main condition of effective implementation of operational feedback. Intrinsic characteristics of actualization are considered.

    The paper generalizes the results of observations concerning restoration of tradition of church singing education of specialized choral groups in the Post-Soviet time. On the basis of the analysis of the personnel situation which has developed in church choirs in the last quarter of the century, the author substantiates the need of purposeful actions of the regent to form special strong-willed qualities of choristers, necessary for professional self-realization on a choir.

    This paper discusses the use of simulation automation systems in the training of modern qualified personnel for the oil and gas industry. The aim of this work is the adaptation of future specialists to the professional activity through the introduction of information technology in the educational process. To achieve this goal we solve the problem of improving the educational process on the basis of new educational technologies, training methods, technical and information support in the integration of science, education, business and production through the development of software tools for modeling modes of pumping stations and simulation modes of production and injection wells.

    THE MAIN STAGES OF DESIGN OF PSYCHO-DIAGNOSTIC QUESTIONNAIRE TO ASSESS THE LEVEL OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS OF STUDENTS TO EXTREME SITUATIONS

    The paper deals with the basic stages of practical design of psycho-diagnostic techniques, starting with the definition of the number of tasks, specifications of the questionnaire, the percentage weight of content areas, manifestations and design of the test. The author examines the peculiarities of conducting a pilot research, task analysis, the reliability and validity of the test. The author uses factor analysis to present the matrix of correlations between tasks of scale to assess the level of preparedness of students to extreme situations. In conclusion, the paper presents the results of the standardization of the test and data on the internal consistency of the tasks of the questionnaire.
