The article is devoted to the actual problems of financial literacy of university students studying legal education programs. In the context of the implementation of the Strategy for Improving Financial Literacy and the Formation of Financial Culture in the Russian Federation until 2030, the tasks of strengthening the system of financial education and enlightenment, ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of consumers of financial services, and financial security of citizens are of particular importance and require solutions at all levels of the education system, including higher education. In these conditions, the student youth, represented by students of educational institutions of higher education of various departmental affiliations, is considered as a special target group of the population, on the skills of financially responsible behavior of which the general welfare and security of the state depend. In order to provide high-quality training for various sectors of the country's economy, a special universal competence "Economic culture, including financial literacy", which is formed by means of various disciplines studied within educational programs, was included in the federal state educational standards of higher education in a number of areas of training and specialties, including relevant educational programs of a legal profile. One of the key stages in the formation of this competence is the diagnosis of the initial state of the level of financial literacy of students and the determination of their need to obtain specialized knowledge and skills of appropriate content in the learning process. The author presents the results of a study conducted among students of several universities in the region who master the main educational programs of higher education ‒ bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs of legal profile. The purpose of the study was to assess the basic level of financial literacy of students at the beginning of the academic year and to identify the need to obtain financial and legal knowledge and skills at the stage of mastering the disciplines of specialization of the variable part of the curriculum. The result of the work was the identification of a rather mediocre level of financial literacy of students, which does not correspond to modern trends in the development of the economy and society, on the one hand, and the need to deepen and improve their financial and legal knowledge, on the other hand. Based on the obtained result, it was concluded that there is a need for a unified system of principles for the formation of financially literate behavior of students at the stage of mastering higher education programs while maintaining the specifics of the educational process due to the profile of personnel training in universities of various departmental affiliation.

STAGED ORGANIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF FORMING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AMONG WORKING YOUTH THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

In modern realities, a healthy lifestyle is recognized by researchers as one of the leading factors in maintaining optimal productivity among the working population, preserving and enhancing physical and psycho-emotional well-being, which collectively serve as the foundation for quality professional activity and active longevity. The formation of a healthy lifestyle among older citizens (including working youth) who are not engaged in organized physical education processes necessitates reliance on innovative approaches to fully utilize the resources of independent physical activity, supported by comprehensive organizational and methodological guidance from physical education specialists. In this context, it is essential to develop adequate organizational and technological foundations for the process of forming a healthy lifestyle among working youth. This has determined the aim of the study: to develop a sequence of stages in the process of forming a healthy lifestyle among working youth through the organization of physical activity. The research identified a sequence of organizational procedures whose implementation allows for the engagement of working youth in physical activity based on relevant empirical data regarding significant parameters of physical condition, psycho-emotional state, lifestyle, and motivational needs. This engagement utilizes various forms, types, modes, and means of physical culture. For managing this process, specific goals and corresponding tasks have been defined at each stage, along with a set of key methods for their resolution, a list of primary means of activity, and implemented events.
