TRANSNATIONAL COMPETENCE OF YOUNG MANAGERS IMPLEMENTED ON THE BASIS OF ASSOCIATED SCHOOLS OF BRICS COUNTRIES

Changes in the geopolitical arena, as well as active interstate and intercultural dialogue, determine the requirements for training managerial personnel. The foundation of the new approach proposed in this study is transnational competence. It represents a set of skills and abilities necessary for future leaders of educational organizations to work effectively in a changing international multicultural environment. These include foreign language proficiency, intercultural and communicative competence, awareness of socio-political trends, as well as mastery of modern information and communication technologies. The theoretical foundation is the competency-based approach implemented at all levels of education. The reason for its application is the practice-oriented nature and adaptability, which are absent in traditional approaches to educational process implementation. An important aspect of the proposed program is the emphasis on early career guidance for youth and the creation of a highly qualified personnel reserve. This has several important advantages. For example, familiarization with the future profession will allow for the creation of an individual career trajectory taking into account the student's requirements, including their talents, preferences, and personal characteristics. The practical implementation of the proposed program will be carried out on the basis of BRICS associated schools. These educational organizations operate in all BRICS countries, represent a unified educational space, and serve as an effective platform for exchanging scientific practices, culture, as well as pedagogical and managerial experience. The educational process will be built through active interaction with international experts, and the practical component will include participation in youth forums and BRICS alliance summits.

FEATURES OF FORMATION OF CIVIC IDENTITY OF YOUTH OF THE RUSSIAN REGION IN PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS

Today, in the context of regular geopolitical challenges, information warfare, and foreign policy pressures that Russia faces, the issue of forming civic identity among youth has become one of the priority directions of state policy. It is important that the younger generation recognizes its belonging to their homeland and country, respects existing traditions and laws, participates in public life, and is prepared to defend national interests. A significant aspect is engaging youth in public life, developing their sense of responsibility for the country's destiny and readiness to protect national interests. A special role in this process is assigned to public organizations, which serve as important institutions of socialization. They become conduits of values that contribute to the formation of an active civic position. Through various programs, projects, and initiatives, public organizations engage youth in socially significant activities, helping them realize their role in the development of society and the state. In the context of global challenges, such organizations contribute to strengthening patriotism, developing critical thinking, and the ability to resist external manipulation. Thus, the formation of civic identity among youth through the activities of public organizations becomes an important tool for ensuring Russia's sustainable development in the long term. The research revealed that the formation of civic identity among youth requires such conditions as: education and upbringing, social environment, information accessibility, participation in public organization activities, cultural and historical connections, political activity, equality of opportunities, adult role models, and state support.

SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL PREVENTION OF SELF-HARM AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE

The results of a study aimed at examining the state of the self-harm problem among youth are presented. A total of 35 high school students from grades 9-10, aged 15-16 years, participated in the study. Two diagnostic tools were used: the suicidal risk questionnaire modified by T.N. Razuvaeva, aimed at identifying the level of suicidal intentions formation, and our developed questionnaire "Tendency toward Self-harm," directed at studying readiness for autoaggressive behavior. The conducted study showed that the "risk group" among the surveyed 9th-10th grade students comprised 26% who have a tendency toward suicidal and autoaggressive behavior. This confirms the necessity of developing and implementing a system of preventive measures. We developed a system of measures for preventing self-harm among youth, aimed at identifying the causes of deviant and autoaggressive behavior and introducing students to healthy lifestyle skills. The work is structured along two main directions: 1) optimization of parent-child relationships; 2) organization of leisure activities. Following the project implementation, the following outcomes are expected: reduction in the number of students prone to deviant and autoaggressive behavior; successful adaptation of minors in society; creation of conditions for self-expression and development of students' creative initiative; strengthening of psychological health and well-being of students; harmonization and strengthening of family relationships.

REFLEXIVE CONTROL AS A MEANS OF MANAGING THE STUDENT LEARNING PROCESS IN THE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY

This paper notes that the objects of research in higher education didactics can be, on one hand, the learning process, and on the other hand, its results. Based on the analysis of current trends in the development of university educational practice, one of the ways to improve the pedagogical control process through the use of the reflection method is shown. The article analyzes a number of concepts that reveal the specifics of reflexive control, proposes its model variant, and examines some features and results of experimental work with students who studied in the digital educational environment of the university. The results of an empirical study revealing a positive correlation between the level of pedagogical reflexivity and the maturity of professional identity are presented. Key mechanisms of identity formation through reflexive practices are described. Conclusions are drawn about the significance of implementing reflexive modules in teacher professional development programs. Any control is carried out using certain methods. A control method is understood as a system of diagnostic actions aimed at obtaining data about learning outcomes. From what has been said, it follows that reflexive control methods, like any others, are designed to ensure the acquisition of information about the results of the learning process. However, their distinctive feature is that they allow for identifying and preventing the emergence of non-compliance with program requirements and educational standards within the learning process itself. Analysis of the concept "reflection" showed that in modern Russian language it began to be used relatively recently. In dictionary interpretation, "reflection" (reflexio (lat.) "turning back") means: "contemplation of one's inner state, self-analysis."

EXPERIMENTALSUBSTANTIATION OF THE MODEL OF INTEGRATIVE-DIFFERENTIATEDDEVELOPMENT OF COORDINATIONABILITIES OF SCHOOLCHILDREN AGED 7-10 YEARS

Numerous theoretical and empirical studies confirm the feasibility of physical education for primary school students aimed at forming and developing their coordinative abilities, as this period is sensitive for the development of coordinative capacities. A significant and unresolved problem in the theory and practice of motor development in children of this age group is determining the appropriate composition of means and methods, as well as the possibilities for conjugated development of various coordinative abilities. This circumstance requires specialists' attention to the problem of developing didactically justified recommendations for their selection and integration, applying methodologies for forming individual manifestations of children's coordinative abilities and comprehensive solution of this problem. The article describes a method for effective conjugated development of coordinative abilities and personality qualities based on an integrative-differentiated approach, which represents the methodological basis of the proposed methodology.

FORMATION OF THE HEALTH-PROMOTING COMPONENT OF PERSONAL PHYSICAL CULTURE AMONG AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AS AN URGENT PROBLEM OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

It is a universally accepted fact that the strength and prosperity of any state primarily depend on the spiritual, moral, and physical health of the nation. Recognition of the importance of addressing the task of preserving and strengthening the population's health necessitates the implementation of a state-level approach to solving this problem. Physical culture possesses substantial resource potential in this regard. Physical culture and sports represent a sphere of activity in which individuals acquire specific motor skills and abilities, including professionally significant skills and abilities. The potential of physical culture and sports cannot be overestimated in addressing tasks related to strengthening and preserving human health. In physical culture and sports activities, through the process of physical education, personality qualities are formed that will determine an individual's life attitudes, moral positions, spiritual values, and overall worldview. For the aforementioned potential to genuinely contribute to population health preservation, the formation of personal physical culture among citizens, including its health-promoting component, is of paramount importance. The content of the health-promoting component of personal physical culture, while based on a common foundation for all, also contains specific elements determined by the particularities of specific subjects' life activities. One aspect that defines the specific content of the health-promoting component of personal physical culture is professional activity: its physical or intellectual nature, typical actions, working conditions, stress-inducing factors, etc. In this regard, it is important for professional educational institutions to ensure the implementation of the process of forming the health-promoting component of students' personal physical culture.
