DIGITAL COMMUNICATION AND DIGITAL LITERACY OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IN THE XXI CENTURY
The paper examines the impact of crisis situations on teachers’ digital competencies and students’ educational achievements, focusing on digital communication compared to other digital skills. The results show significant improvements in teachers’ digital skills, especially in the areas of hardware, software, and use of the Internet for educational purposes, along with a change in the primary purpose of digital tools from entertainment to education or a combination of the two (the term “edutainment” has even emerged).Despite these achievements, challenges and limitations such as insufficient teacher preparation for online teaching, unequal student access to information and communication technologies, and varying levels of student adaptation and digital engagement have been identified. The study highlights the importance of continuous professional development, standardized digital learning devices for better adaptation, and improved digital infrastructure to enhance the quality of education. Recommendations include integrating digital skills into teacher training, promoting innovative pedagogical practices, and addressing the digital divide to ensure equal access to education in the future.

RETHINKING THE CULTURAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL “PRINCIPLE OF THE ART OF EDUCATION” OF KANT IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERNITY
The article analyzes current issues of upbringing and education that are the most important components of the individual’s spirituality and of the humanity’s future. The educational space, which is a complex multi-level system, is characterized in the context of modern global challenges and socio-cultural risks. It is substantiated that under conditions of uncertainty, the world and every country requires the training of highly professional specialists and citizens of their country. The reasons that activated the phenomena of upbringing and education are critically considered. In the context of the global digitalization of education in Russia, the socio-cultural traditions of education and the Russian educational experience, which has received worldwide recognition, have been unfairly forgotten. The importance of the relationship between education and upbringing is reasoned and the need for a harmonious combination of professionalism and citizenship is revealed. The key issue of the problem under study is the analysis of Kant’s cultural and philosophical «principle of the art of education» in a prognostic aspect, the essence of which is the necessity of educating children «not for the present, but for the future, perhaps better, state of the human race...». In the context of the problem under consideration, the demand for universities is shown. A conclusion is made about the further prospects for the development of Kant’s cultural and philosophical ideas in the field of upbringing and education. For these purposes, it seems possible: a) to update the phenomena of upbringing and education in the interdisciplinary research field, b) to aim upbringing and education at «the formation of the human in man», comprehension of the dialectical relationship of the past, present and future in a complex, open, nonlinear and unstable world.

COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES RAISING CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER: NECESSITY, APPROACHES, AND PRACTICE
Today, the Russian education system contains numerous contradictions, wherein at the state level, the right of children with disabilities to study among neurotypical children and the necessity of creating special conditions for this are recognized, while at the educational level, the process of teaching and upbringing remains unchanged, and the professional activities of teachers, psychologists, and social pedagogues require serious reconsideration. One of the effective methods of addressing social problems faced by families raising children with autism spectrum disorder (hereinafter - ASD) involves studying the peculiarities of their lives, aimed at enhancing parental competency skills. This article presents the results of research on families raising children with autism spectrum disorder. Objective: to identify indicators that most significantly affect the quality of life of families raising children with ASD. The study involved women raising children with ASD who are members of the republican public organization "Special Children of Adygheya." A developed questionnaire was used, including both open-ended and closed-ended questions. According to parents, the most preferable form of assistance is comprehensive support. Comprehensive support should include several key elements: legal and medical support, psychological assistance, social, informational, and educational support, service coordination (organizing interaction between various services and specialists), and support in daily life (organizing leisure activities, assistance in childcare, and development of self-care skills). Comprehensive support should aim to improve the quality of life for families raising children with ASD, reduce stress, and increase life satisfaction levels.

RATIONALITY OF TEACHING “INTRODUCTION TO QUANTUM MECHANICS” FOR STUDENTS MAJORING IN “ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERING AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING”
The requirements for engineering graduates continue to increase every year. This trend correlates with the ongoing technological development of science and industry. The horizons of disciplines studied by engineers are expanding. The demand for majors that are a synthesis of several specialties is higher than ever. Higher education institutions need to be more careful in the formation of curricula in order to maintain their own relevance, the possibility of healthy competition in the education market and the training of qualified personnel that meet the requirements of the time.
The authors of this article propose to expand the standard curriculum of training of students of the major 13.03.02 Electric power engineering and electrical engineering by integrating the basics of quantum mechanics into it. The purpose is to improve the general qualification of bachelors majoring in 13.03.02. Quantum mechanics. It is a section of theoretical physics that describes physical interactions and the laws by which they occur at the level of elementary particles. Bachelors majoring in Electric power engineering need to study quantum theory because of the many clarifications that it can bring when introduced into the standard course of study, implemented in the major 13.03.02 at the moment.

MARKER TECHNOLOGIES FOR TEXT PROCESSING AND THEIR APPLICATION IN THE TEACHING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES
The modern stage of society's development is characterized by the process of its intensive informatization. The role of information processes in all spheres of human activity is increasing, as is people's need for information and means of processing, storing, and using it. The informatization of society has inevitably affected the informatization of language education.
Digital technologies and artificial intelligence technologies used in the learning process help overcome the problems of traditional education: the pace of program mastery, the choice of teaching methods, and ensuring the continuity of the learning process.
Technologies based on the implementation and widespread use of computer systems in the modern world play a key role in transmitting information through images, sound, and text. Text forms the basis of didactic material through which students are presented with relevant information and develop basic communication skills.
Working with text involves the process of comprehension, editing, rethinking, and reprocessing textual information. A common technique for processing text is underlining, which takes a lot of time.
The article proposes a new technological tool – marking, which significantly reduces labor costs and increases the effectiveness of teaching reading in English. It develops optimization schemes that include new software tools built with direct use of the ChatGPT 3.5 artificial intelligence system. Similar to a text marker, which is convenient for use when reading printed text, an audio marker allows the listener to mark the sound stream during listening, based on signals the listener needs to return to for processing.
Marker technologies free students from routine operations associated with creating an adaptive dictionary, memorizing new lexical material, identifying grammatical phenomena, and performing post-text tasks (preparing retelling, writing essays).

THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF FLEXIBILITY IN YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS BY MEANS OF HEALTH FITNESS
This article presents the results of a study devoted to determining the theoretical foundations for organizing health fitness classes for young football players that promote effective flexibility development. The importance of this type of classes is justified by the fact that flexibility provides the opportunity to develop speed and coordination skills and is a factor in reducing injuries in training and competition processes. It is known that the sensitive age for flexibility development is from 6 to 12 years; without special training, the level of its development begins to decline starting at the age of 15-20. Thus, for young football players, flexibility development is, on the one hand, an important task for improving athletic skills and reducing injury risks, and on the other hand, a problem associated with the need to ensure the development of physical quality in a period that is not sensitive to this. Health fitness occupies a special place in the health physical culture system, combining various types of motor practices, programs, and technologies. Among the types of health fitness, there are those specially designed to develop certain physical qualities, including flexibility. The advantage of physical culture and health technologies is their focus on maintaining physical fitness, optimizing the level of physical development, physical fitness, etc. of a person. Consequently, by means of health fitness it is possible to develop flexibility in young athletes.
